Roasted carrots are totally underutilized by everyone. They are so tasty, so easy to make and relatively cheap. Love sweet potato and carrot together roasted

I’ve been using the Walmart+ grocery delivery lately and it’s made cooking all my own food so much easier since I’m saving time! I know not everyone can afford the service or has access to it, but it’s worth trying if you’re over grocery shopping. In my area there’s too many people at any store and it gives me anxiety 😅

I tried to get started in December, but I’m happy to see someone as authentic as you on a similar journey cause I know you won’t BS us!! Its also super motivating to feel like we’re going on this journey together 💛💛 A small P.S. cause I feel like bragging a little bit: I was able to quit vaping so this year will be my first smoke free year since I graduated high school!! (That is all, if anyone has goals to quit smoking, use this as some motivation!!)

Thanks Sandee for just being so real and showing the messy fridge. Now I’m motivated to go home and see what craziness is on top of my fridge and handle it. Also, I tried for a year to conceive and being told it’s not as easy to get pregnant as some make it seem and being told to lose weight. I got a second opinion and after two months of being on Clomid and Metformin we were pregnant with our first child. So don’t be afraid to seek a second opinion. Wishing you and Jerid the best!

I tried to conceive for 10 years it was a long journey. Then I had 3 kids in 4 years in my mid to late 30's. Love the videos so much! Thank you for them!
