You have to play on arcade mode. Homeruns go further. 650ft homeruns at coors field home run derby.

Did you try not having 99 contact? You should be able to get more exit velo if you have like 85-90 contact to go along with the 99 Power based off of that game mechanic SDS has built in to reward lower contact/high power players for getting PPs with smaller PCIs.
