Water Fast Day 25 Jan 28 2017

This is day 25 of a 39 day water fast. I am not a doctor, so I can't give medical advice. I did extensive research on my own & made the decision to take my health into my own hands. Although this is the longest fast I've ever done, I'm a pretty seasoned faster. If you're considering fasting, you may find it easier to start with short juice fasts, then build up to longer, more intense fasts, especially if you're very toxic. I'm usually an extremely private person, but thought maybe these videos might help someone out there, so I'm posting them. To be honest, making these videos helped keep me on track during the fast. If you have any questions, please post them below & I will do my best to answer them.

    I don’t kno how old u are, but I’m 25 and I think u are absolutely gorgeous 🥺🥺 ur smile is infectious as hell lol but please don’t do anything that makes u feel sick or like something is wrong because our bodies know what they need and all u have to do is listen. Living healthy is sooo important but be careful following 99% of these diets and fasts. If ur doing water fasts and ur craving salt super bad that means u are in taking WAY too much water and ur sodium is WAY too low and very easily causes seizures as does too much salt and not enough water in ur body. That’s why fasting is so dangerous. Everyone’s body is different and if ur going to try fasting or any diet in that case, u have to slowly start the fast and the try toslowly acclimate urself to it. But you’re super fkn pretty and ur body is perfect 🎉

    God you are gorgeous.... But also on a serious note. I'm doing a 40 day water fast and this is the best motivational video I've seen on here. Hopefully I do as well as you have. I just have to stay committed. Stay strong and thanks for the video. It helps.

    im going for 28 days...the lomgest I've went is 4 days lol. im on day 9 though. no hunger but weak in the morning. if i just can't take it i drink hot lemon water...about 4 cups of water and half a lemon. im still loosing though. btw still no bm for me which is kinda bothering me.

    I don't believe you actually did a water only fast because you would have much less energy and your tongue is not coated white which its supposed to be when in ketosis.
