Thank you for a very helpful video! Much appreciated. I already have a handful of various wok spatulas, from cheap to slightly expensive (for me). I love them all. I can't recall the lengths of any of them. But I'm always safe & ok. How about blued steel wok spatulas? What do you know about them?

I was just looking at Amazon and they sell the spatula and ladle together... but it's only $20 less than the Cuisinart wok you recommend. Wow.

Just discovered your channel and I think it is very informative as well as quite calming to listen. Thank you so much for all the wonderful insight! P.s.: Probably a bit of an unnecessary query though I'll be using a wok spatula & wok pan for the first time ever and was looking at Zwilling's wok spatula from its Twin Prof series. Would you say it's worth purchasing for a first time? (Still researching a wok pan, though I've already decided it will either be stainless steel or cast iron.)

It's true..I hate using ladle while doing stir fry..I am done with it..using two ladle for fried rice..such a hustle ....I need a wok Spatula.. I am just a home cooker..I don't need two ladle for stir noodle..I am tired
