Thank you so much man 😋 followed this recipe and this is one of the best sandwiches ever. Toasted the ciabatta added butter instead of olive oil + sundried tomatoes and it turned out 👌🏻✨

Seriously though, this is life-changing. This sandwich is on par with Pret a manger and delis I go to - and now I can make 4 similar qualitu sandwiches for just a bit over the price I'd usually pay for one. And if I ever make lunch for a date, this is a surefire way to get them to consider marrying me. 😂
