The food in Japan is way better than what you'll find there. You'll love it when you go! So many great options and reasonably priced. Also, yuzu tastes like something between a lemon and a lime, so it has a more citrusy flavor.

I love that brand ofJapanese shoyu/yuzu! It's soy and citrus flavor. I add a soft boiled egg, green onion, pork belly and mushroom and it's amazing! Oh and a squeeze of lemon
