finally started a youtube channel wooooo!

here’s my first day not tracking calories in 3 years 🤯 the hardest step I have taken in my anorexia recovery so far but the most necessary, I can’t wait to keep documenting my recovery journey and bringing you along with me!

please don’t compare what my body needs to what your body needs as everybody requires different amounts and we are 2 different people 🫶🏻
