Used 1 3/4 bimetal hole saw as in another video. Took all of five minutes. Cleaned cut areas with carb cleaner and then used a qtip to paint over exposed metal with some black por15. I can actually hear the exhaust now, was super quiet before.

any change to your fuel mileage?

This fall I want to remove the catalytic converter and run connector pipes in its place. We'll see how it goes!
