Did you know Damon Graham Devereux Hill was born on September 17, 1960, just two years before his father, Graham, won his first driving title? The Hills lived quite comfortably in a large London house, often visited by family friends like Stirling Moss, Jim Clark, John Surtees, and Jackie Stewart. Funnily enough, Damon found their line of work boring and was more interested in motorbikes. In fact, his father bought him a small motorbike when he was just 11.
Four years later, the Hill family's happy home life was shattered when Graham and several members of his Formula One team were killed in an air crash. Insurance claims wiped out all the family savings, leaving Bette Hill to raise Damon and his two sisters in drastically reduced financial circumstances. But don’t fret, because things turned out well for him soon enough.

I watched it and supported Hill however I think Schumacher deserved that championship regardless of Australia for pure driving as he was banned from two races that season and had six points stripped from him at Silverstone and also the Belgium Grand Prix otherwise he would’ve walked that championship!
