Restoration Abandoned Very Old 1956s Scooter

It's very rare to find scooters while doing gymnastics.😁

Я понимаю людей, не хотят обидеть автора. Но если ты не имеешь понятия как производятся сварочные работы зачем показываешь нам? Да и без пескоструя там делать нечего! Молодец , краску на ржавчину!

I like restoration videos and I know such videos demands a lot of extra work and dedication to make. BUT! I will point out this is not the best kind of restoration job I have seen. 1) The thin stumps of metal left in the corroded areas was not removed and the new metal was somehow clumsily tagged to thin sections, as opposed to cutting out the pitted section and tagging in a plate to fill the gap -> then marking the plate taking it out, cutting it to size and tagging then welding it in again as seen with other restorations. It will be a stronger yet slimmer repair with less need for bondo/plastic padding. 2) The worst sin was that I saw sections with surface rust being primed and painted over, Unless you are painting thick metal with special ship paint this surface rust will continue and will come back a few years later. I have done similar rust repairs earlier and was always punished when my rust came back a year later.

good project, poor restoration left many weak points, which were covered with putty, missing a lot of sheet metal work and replacement of parts that needed to be changed for new sheet
