You could argue that Thanos is a villain. However, The Living Tribunal and Eternity are not villains. Nor are they good guys. They just are. The One Above All is god.

For those who don't know, Rune king Thor has also defeated Galactus, easily, and one handedly, when he lied to him and tricked him to kill galactus's master, black winter. He in his full form, and being aggressive for galactus's tricks, killed Black winter, and Galactus both
