For International Hot & Spicy Day I celebrated by crying over spicy chicken! Fuku in Santa Monica CA is David Chang’s fried chicken concept, and The Rippin’ Hot Chicken may be the spiciest thing I have ever eaten!!!

What I ate this episode:

Finger Sandwich Meal (fuku fingers, pickle, butter, Martin’s potato roll)
The Rippin’ Hot Chicken (Leg & Thigh covered in Carolina reapers, scorpion peppers and Szechuan peppercorn)
