Can confirm, Steven's family is grateful for the the work you're doing here and the respectful way you're handling this case and all the challenges it brings. Thanks to both of you!

Best channel of this type. Always professional, zero clickbait, well researched, no jocular bs. Thank you Arrin, and for kerpin'-it-real. 👍🏾

Hey Arrin. I am the one who came up with the foreclosure notice theory on Reddit and Websleuths a few years ago. I used to work foreclosures for a huge national bank, so that's why it seemed kind of plausible to me. I was always willing to accept that it was wrong, because there was never any evidence of Steven having any contact with a mortgage servicer or any law firm that a mortgage servicer would have hired to handle foreclosures. I am glad that you did the research and found that a license is needed to deliver them in Nevada. I think that closes the door on my theory for good. Why he was there, in that neighborhood, on a Sunday morning, is totally baffling. But finding out why, I believe, will solve the mystery. I agree with you that the solution to the mystery is closer than ever to being discovered. Keep up the great work!

I don’t find it odd that he had a second account. Especially if his first account was at the bank where his mom worked. I know often times a person will sign up at a second bank because they might have a credit card that gives a good rate of return they are closer to your home, or had less service fee’s. Perhaps where he worked couldn’t do direct deposit to the bank he initially had his account at. I don’t find that suspicious at all. However, looking through the actual transactions would definitively answer that question for me!

Hey Arrin, I think Occum's Razor applies here. Steven either knowingly or unknowingly was delivering narcotics for the "pharmacists". Either the intended receiver, or people around him gained knowledge of this delivery. Steven was then robbed and murdered for said narcotics. A lot of desert there unfortunately. Cops need to put screws to the landlord/medicine man. Mr. Stoner, your my dude, I'm a huge Dodgers fan, use to have that hat. Peace and justice for Steven!!!

hoping some semblance of justice is in the cards for steve & his family...

I love how incredibly detail oriented you are. These videos are so analytical and in-depth. Never seen any true crime videos like yours before. I’m stoked that I found your channel. Also, you look very familiar. I’m from the Los Angeles area myself..maybe I’ve seen you around? LA has so many people, probably not. But, you never know. Hope you had a good weekend. Thank you!

So happy to see an update. Thank you, good sir. 💚
  • I was just checking earlier today to see if you had put out anything recently because my stupid notifications only work half of the time. So glad it worked for your channel today!! Q&A's are always pretty cool.

I'm not sure that Steven was comfortable with these trips. He lied to the Neffs , didn't tell his family he was travelling, didn't even tell his parents that he had settled something with his landlord regarding the back-rent. So, is it possible that he knew something about what he was doing or that some aspect of the arrangement led him to lie or say nothing to close family? Also, have BB and MD been in contact since Steven disappeared?
  • I sometimes wonder why he didn't tell anyone what he was going to do. This makes me feel like he was involved in some kind of criminal stuff.. like delivering stuff. Mayne the delivering went wrong. This happens in my country as well. Random young guys go missing after they received a call and then later there will be found a dead body and sometimes not, but they do end up having some kind of job of delivering illegal stuff.
  • Drug dealers here in Florida always pick "safe, unexpected locations" ... elderly, upscale, safe ...

Another excellent video Arrin, so glad you are covering this case

Boy! That first question just floored me. In all the years I've kept updated on this case I never considered for a moment that it wasn't him in the surveillance footage. It's a perfect example of not keeping an open mind after reports said it was him. 21:30-21:45 Aww :). 23:00 Does this then put to rest the earliest reports that he had multiple presents for nieces/nephews? 32:12 "...gun culture?" Sounds like a way of describing a hobby like rock collecting or an obsession with toys like Lego figures.
