I want to thank you for teaching me how to cook during the Pandemic. Before that, I was not interested in cooking. Your recipes follow my criteria of 1) the meal takes no more than a half hour to prepare. 2) Uses simple basic ingredients. 3) Economical for my food budget. 4) Created a variety dinners for me to rotate by the month so that dinners are not boring. I am not a baker but I even made La Tarta de Santiago successfully 2 times. Last Sunday I made the gambas con arroz y ajo. I am getting ready to make the chocolate cake with galletas Maria this weekend. Muchas gracias!!!!!
