Changing Conflict into Friendship. Ocean Picture Stone Quarry.

It is always best to work with someone rather than against them. So I reached out to my claim neighbour Nick and arranged a trip into the Ocean Picture Stone Quarry. We cooperatively worked out claim boundaries, and shared ideas and some stones. Smoothed over some bad blood from the past, and agreed on a path forward in cooperation.

My number one wish in our community is that everyone, EVERYONE would get along and work together. We are getting closer.

Thanks Nick.

It's good to see adults acting like adults. The world would be so much better off if neighbors acted like neighbors and strangers acted like friends.
  • Stay Safe Dan. hope the landslide and ensuing flood doesn't drastically affect your claim in a bad way.

Dan its super cool that you did this video with your claim neighbor after the "controversy" that went down a few months ago
  • @johncandy2916

Watching the use of "feather-and-wedge" always reminds me of the days when I used a sledge hammer to drive-in ground rods. I now use a bit made for that purpose that fits into the hammer-drill. I wonder if that would work for you. My shoulder always starts to ache when I watch. Keep going, I love the blue better than the gold.
  • My goodness you have the best picture stone i have ever seen good job
  • Mayhew Tools makes the best pry bars and chisels. I used to work there though so I'm biased. Haha.
