Looks fabulous. A suggestion from a Lebanese Australian - it needs more coriander and parsley in the falafel mix. If you also add a spoonful of bicarb soda, it makes the inside of the cooked falafel light and fluffy. Also a good idea to make double or triple the recipe and freeze the unused portion of raw falafel for use at a later time for another meal. The tahini sauce needs some garlic and a little plain yoghurt can be added to the tahini sauce to tone it down if needed. Love the pickle options in your recipe.

amazing dish , everything came together so well. the freshness of the yogurt sauce with the pickled red cabbage chilli and cucumbers was insane. this one will go down in the books and be on the table more often π€ no matter what they say, you're amazing Jamie! your dishes always bring a smile to me while making and to the guests at the table while eatingπ

I made these falafels (added parsley and skipped the tahini) and also did all the other sides and yogurt sauce for a group of 6 for lunch on Saturday and it was a big success!

I'll try this! I usually soak the raw chick peas - 24 hours - with bicarb soda - and also fava beans. Love coriander and parsley, hummus and all those things! When I lived in Sydney, I got the falafel recipe from the chef at Alibaba's - they were the BEST falafels!! Jamie certainly knows how to present and inspire! And makes it look so easy!
