It looks like that bridge is on the newer side. It's possible that the bridge underwent an upgrade, and a lot of the old bridge ended up in that river/creek. Thought I would just mention that. Enjoying your videos. Thanks.

Those steel plates are either joint plates used in bridge construction or the plates that go in between the railroad tracks and timbers. More than likely the railroad plates.

Those iron plates look like ones from a railroad that are used to hold down railroad ties. Must have been a railroad bridge somewhere nearby some time ago.
