Ref was on an insane power trip with that red card, then giving a try again on the penalty, and throwing a yellow at the goalie. Ref was feeling herself

That Rapinoe kick was gnarly, the distance and the curve right at Wambach, wild. Hope next Cup's team USA is like this one was.

You completely missed it with your headline. What made this match so special, so rare, so historic was the 122nd-minute equalizer, not the penalty kicks that followed. When that goal was scored, it was one of the most intense, emotional sports fan experiences that I've ever had. It's interesting that then-U.S. head coach Pia Sundhage will now lead Brazil's team into the World Cup.

That ref did EVERYTHING she could to help Brazil win and still failed. I was beyond shocked that she gave Shannon Boxx a rekick during PKs because she was that biased.

The funniest part about all the penalties is that they would have been retaken if a US player missed them because the brazilian keeper was MILESSSSSSS off her line for every single one of them

It makes me so happy that the USA won this match because the ref really tried her best to get Brazil through. Also the keeper is straight up cheating, it couldn’t possibly be an accident considering how far she is off her line.
