Shane, plz do: 1. Deaths at water parks 2. Deaths at places that are supposedly haunted 3. Deaths in factories 4. Deaths during Olympic Games 5. Deaths during extreme recreational activities (skydiving, base jumping, diving) 6. Deaths involving planes and aircraft 7. Deaths because of fireworks/pyrotechnics 8.
