I agree with almost all these people. That one flight that was overbooked by 30 people is ridiculous

When an airline overbooks, they are in the wrong, period.

airline: oversells a flight *everybody who booked a ticket shows up* airline: surprised pikachu face

Imagine a company flying you out of town, not giving you the flight back that they agreed to give you, and not booking you a hotel. That's not a company you want to work for.
  • It should be illegal to overbook a flight on purpose. It would be one thing if it happened by some kind of honest clerical error but these airlines do it on purpose and that is just unacceptable.
  • The girls who were interviewing for a Job with Southwest. Arguing with their potential employer is the single funniest interaction ever on this show.

Overselling flights is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal, but I HAD to laugh when the first lady said, "Daddy...Hi, my little lawyer." 😂😂 I was just not expecting that!

"possessing a valid ticket does not guarantee travel tonight" - How can that even be possible?!
  • @ck2music712
I worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, and BUMPING someone who's HAD A RESERVATION FOR 5 MONTHS is re-damned-diculous... Airlines straight-up SHOULDN'T be able to do that...

"We don't train people to be friendly. We hire friendly people." That's perfect, I'm stealing it!
  • @kevinmcguire5696
"Due to our policy of overselling flights, this flight is oversold." LOL
  • @MsJellybean1111
As someone who likes to plan things way ahead of time, I would be extremely upset if my flight was overbooked as well🤦🏾‍♀️

That first family really got screwed. They actually handled such unfairness quite well.
  • @missinformed9550
This is why I always get to the airport early and check in as soon as possible.

The family that chews together …… stays together.

That woman who mentioned several times how she is not middle class, as if middle class is something to be looked down upon, is hilarious. She must think very highly of herself 🙄
  • As a former Delta employee: 1. These customers have EVERY right to be upset. Overbooking flights is the most greedy, unethical thing airlines do. 2. There is ALWAYS something an agent can do to make things maybe not perfect, but much better. As long as a customer was respectful, I would overwhelm them with all kinds of coupons and discounts until they were relatively satisfied (let's just say dissatisfied customers who I took care of had a blast on their flights lol). And you don't need a manager's approval to do it.

Bring back this show 😂 specifically in any Florida airport
