Putting diaper don on notice doesn't mean he will comply, so the judge better be ready to follow through when diaper don violates the rules.

"you can't show the Access Hollywood tape - but you can describe it" -- that's absurd. IF the contents of the tape is admissible, then showing the tape gives the jury the most complete and accurate version of that admissible evidence - even if some inadmissible parts have to be edited out before showing it (which would have to be edited out of describing it too).

I get the Tape but what's up with not being allowed to mention the timeframe? How's jurors supposed to have a proper opinion if they don't know all the facts?

What also makes the Parker warning stand out in this case compared to others is that Trump is such an unruly and stupid defendant, he's quite likely to do any one of those things unless warned of the consequences—and even after being warned.

It should not matter if defendant is a previous president or wealthy person. The rule of law is applicaible to everyone or it's NOT. Cut the crap and all the delays and get on with it! Anyone else would have been tried by now!!
