Where are you from, I'm from Vietnam ❤️❤️❤️

I work as a mechanic at a SYM dealer in South Africa. Let me tell you, if SYM actually made a v twin like this for their bigger scooters like the Jet 14, they would be a big hit! well done this is so cool!

That level of machining and mechanics is incredible. You guys are awesome! Respect!!!

Le Dan, you are a seriously skilled engineer. I would love to spend a day in your workshop with you.

Please build a 500 cc 4 cyl two stroke engine! You will have people standing in line to buy it from all over the world!

Like the way you subtly reinforced the chasis mounting points.... Great work❤❤
  • @bhaskardeepak
Nothing short of a fine engineering With all the tools and skills you should somewhere in top bike companies

VERY COOL!!! Love these crazy engine builds you come up with!

That beast sounds insane for a little scooter. Awesome job and top-notch fabrication. I greatly admire your skills. Finally, one of these low-cost custom build channels that actually cares about the quality of the end product. Very well done.

Engine sounds great, why one of the manufacturers hasn't made something like this is a mystery. Great job!
  • @davidgwin4540
What an amazing sounding and running engine you've created! Great job my friend 🙂👍

You must have worked on a ton of Gy6 to have this much knowledge and abilities. You rock man wow nice work

@28:00 It is a good practice to align the pin of the vristpin circlip vertical to the cylinder bore because it can get fatigued by the reciprocation and break off. I also like to cut the pin shorter to have less mass wanting it to flex. It does not happen often so I am sure you won't be having any problems this time either. Really nice build, again, big thumbs up! Be interesting to see what you come up with next. :-)

big respect, just a scooter that looks boring, nobody would notice until the homemade converted 250cc engine shows the power, true sleeper
  • @foxwhiskey
Absolutely great craftsmanship !! Congrats and greetings from Germany ! 😊

I do not cease to admire your ability to convert a single-cylinder engine into a two-cylinder engine using parts from the landfill. You're just a genius, you would go to the design office with some good car - moto factory to create something new. Although you probably feel good anyway. Thank you for the interesting videos, I'm always looking forward to new releases. Good luck to you and all the best.

Another stellar job! Interesting use of rebar for shafting. Much rebar is high manganese because it's often made from "rerolled" scrap railroad rail. I like your cool self-made tooling and mill clamps too. Your aluminum casting repair skills are outstanding and should be a moneymaker.
