Dr. Stephen Strange's (Benedict Cumberbatch) life changes after a car accident robs him of the use of his hands. When traditional medicine fails him, he looks for healing, and hope, in a mysterious enclave. He quickly learns that the enclave is at the front line of a battle against unseen dark forces bent on destroying reality. Before long, Strange is forced to choose between his life of fortune and status or leave it all behind to defend the world as the most powerful sorcerer in existence.

For anyone who doesn't know. The "cover your watch" was from Sherlock, the show where Benedict played the role of Sherlock Holmes. In the show, every time he is focused on something, he always tells everyone to shut up and cover their watch.

As arrogant and sarcastic he is, it was heart-warming to see him let the patient’s wife (I assume that’s who she was) hug him when she was thanking them at the end.

He has trouble concentrating when he's trying to focus that's why peter messed up the spell by talking and the sound of the ticking watch almost messed up the surgery!

Pulling his mask up after scrubbing his hands is medically inaccurate. He just re-contaminated his hands. XD

A lot people went from becoming ordinary citizens when they got super powers. Like Peter Parker gets bitten by a Radioactive Spider, Hulk got Gamma Radiation, Tony Stark Building a Suit of Armor, Scientists making the Super Soldier Serum that can make Steve Rogers into Captain America and Cosmic powers that turns Carol into Captain Marvel and Wolverine with claws and people born as mutants. Stephen Strange was a surgeon doctor and now will enter to become the greatest Sorcerer to save the world.

Imagine if as part of Strange's "musical quiz", the doctor's played a song by the Fantastic Four. That would've made a great callback reference in the sequel.
