Attorney Keith Davidson, a key witness who negotiated the Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal hush money agreements, is being cross-examined by Donald Trump's attorney Emil Bove as the criminal trial continues. After Davidson responded with little or no detail to a line of questions, Bove jabbed at the witness about his "fuzzy memory." #CNN #News

  • My favorite Stormy moment was when a Trump supporter tweeted at her with "Trump wouldn't touch you with a ten foot pole " She answered :" You're right, he used a 3 inch pole" 😂

The fact that this man still has almost half of the country behind him is mind blowing.

Maybe it's different in real life, but I think if Donald was trying to stare me down I'd have a difficult time not laughing at him.

I don't have a problem with the fact that the payment of $130k was an extortion. Of course it was. That's how these people do business. Money doesn't change hands in their world unless you have something to use as a lever to pry their fingers off it. That's why Trump famously doesn't pay contractors, doesn't pay lawyers. They're all grifters, every man-Jack of them. It doesn't alter the fact that Trump paid it to help his campaign and he falsified business records to hide it. That's a felony crime.

Can't wait until the day I read "FIRST EVER PRESIDENT JAILED FOR A FELONY"
  • Lock Trump up already.....VOTE BLUE VOTE BLUE VOTE BLUE.
  • BUT TRUMP SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW STORMY 😂😂😂😂😂, THEN THE PICTURE POP UP 😂😂😂
  • I understand literally all of Cohen's behavior. It all makes sense and doesn't in the least make him less credible; in fact, it's quite the opposite. I believe him + Lev Parnas.

Daniels is not on trial for extortion. Whatever the reason, Trump paid her off to cover it up and cooked the books to do it.

Well, it’s hard for the defense to say you can’t believe anything he says when there are contemporaneous texts and emails and written agreements that substantiate what he’s saying.
