I remember hearing someone say they were grateful for the word "muffin" because otherwise they'd have to admit that they ate cake for breakfast every day.

Hi Emmy!! I don't comment often, but I've been following you for years. I just wanted to offer some love to help with the fact that you lost all of your stuff. That's so terrible. I love that you decided to enjoy your vacation anyway. Take as long a time as you need to regroup.. we'll be here!! ❤️❣️❤️

I'm rather impressed you didn't wander off during filming, while eating the muffin, and talking to yourself about how good it is 😂

Am i the only one who tried cleaning the 'dirt' off my phone when her thumbnail showed up in my feed?? 😂 I'm like: "Gosh, what do i have on my phone??" FINALLY realized it really was her thumbnail 😂😂

If I was an Olympian (I'm definitely not fit nor young enough to be lol), I would hope that my event was one of the earliest, just so that I can spend the remaining ~2 weeks enjoying the rest of the events and facilities, chocolate muffins and all!

Fun story: my Dad started a muffin shop in Germany about 20 years ago. He imported flour from Canada, because he just couldn’t make muffins ‘right’ with European flour.

Thank you for this video! I’ve so enjoyed watching this Olympics on TV. The celebration, sportsmanship, comradery, and accomplishments from years of dedication from the athletes. I can’t wait to try to make these muffins. 😋

2:04 Was not prepared for the “swab the decks, psh psh psh” announcement, it got me 😂

Emmy, standing in her utility room eating a chocolate "muffin" brought back memories of when my kids were young and I would have to sneak the "special" snacks.

The Circle K near my house has a Chocolate Muffin similar to this one. They are real good. My wife and I split one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a little dessert once or twice a week.
  • I was today years old when I learned how properly fold up an umbrella. Thanks, Emmy!

I remember your first videos. I am so happy you are still doing this❤
  • @duchessmika
I was cleaning my phone for a sec when I saw “dirt” on your face in the thumbnail. 😂😂😂. Eager to try the muffins!
  • @Mykasan
Now that's worthy of being a birthday cupcake.

Emmy, I was wondering about this and here you are with the recipe! Yay!

Hey Emmy! I enjoyed your vid on the Dubai chocolate bar. Later the algorithm sent me a vid from a South Korea bakery that makes them also. Thought you'd be interested to hear that they don't buy pistachio cream but instead roast raw pistachio nuts then grind them up to the consistency of peanut butter. To that, they add melted white chocolate before blending it with the kataifi. They didn't use tahini at all. The melted white chocolate acted as the thinning agent for the ground pistachios which seems a more suitable item then the more savory tahini.
