For anyone that hasn't had this cake before: the best part about it is how it looks and jiggles. It tastes like scrambled eggs with a bit of sugar in it. Each single-serving slice has around 1.5 eggs or so, based on the recipe proportions. It's not that great. Just make an omelette or something and have a cupcake on the side. You'll get something that's generally more enjoyable.

My father once made a request to leave the cake wrapped whole without cutting it and we took it home in the car to eat together at home. it was my mother's birthday and we surprised her with how big the cake was, in the end the cake wasn't even half finished, we decided to share it with the neighbors

Everything about this is amazing and pure food artistry at work. Amazing just to watch it being cut. I can only imagine how it tastes. Whisps of fresh steam, precision cut and carefully and delicately packaged. Amazing.
