Iβm a Vietnam combat veteran. We did this daily. Week after week, month after month. Focus on the result becomes intuitive. Thanks for sharing this story. Our nation is as great as it is because these pilots viewed the mission as a whole entity not those in the air and those on the ground. Big picture thinkers create a pathway for all to succeed.

I so want to share this with the president of our company, but I don't want to rock the boat. An empty company full of dedicated employees is a shame. I may share this with him, wish me luck, or blessings, or positive energy, or just say a prayer if I do. I'm struggling for sure, but the struggle is still alive.
