crying is not weak. it what makes you strong. if you get back up in the end it makes you even stronger. emotion are a normal part of life you cant avoid them. even if you want to.

I hope you know that you do only need yourself to be happy, I know society build up the standard that whenever you’re alone you’re not living a happy live. But it’s important to know that when you feel that way you should do a little self care, such as taking a bath for example? You deserve to feel at ease and relaxed.
