Underrated Hidden Gem Playstation 3 / PS3 Games

Some of these titles are genuinely brilliant, but just didn't have the marketing budget; some were great games, some of them were flawed in one way or another, but still hid a great gameplay experience beneath a rough surface; and some of them were decently regarded at the time, but have just plain faded from memory. Most of these have committed cult followings from passionate gamers who just know a good game when they see one!

Great vid someof my all time PS3 favorites up there with Metal Gear Rising, Drakengard 3 and the underrated port of No More Heroes. Quite interested in Puppeteer as I've not heard of it before and the head swapping mechanics reminds me of Dead Head Fred for PSP.

Great list! Out of these I've only got Resistance 2, which I haven't played yet, and Drakengard 3. I've never even heard of Kung Fu Live!

Thanks, a great list! One idea for a video: exclusive features of ps3 versions of games: i.e. a lot of wii games came to ps3 (move) like house of the dead overkill, dead space extraction and had much better framerates and image quality, additional graphics compared to wii. Or another feature is 3D stereoscopic - for example uncharted 3 can be played on ps4 as a remaster but there is only a 3D mode in a ps3 original version, as well as unique split screen cooperative levels (those were in unch 2 I guess) - didn’t make the cut to remastered version. And how about playing 7 players simultaneously on 1 console? Well, Bomberman Ultra has you covered , but only the ps3 version!
