My first cut since 2011😱✂️🫣

I told myself back then if I’m going to dread my hair I’m going to make it a point to keep them neat and professional to kill the stereotype about my fellow dreaded brothers💯✊🏾

After 13 years the maintenance has taken its toll and I was super close last year to cutting them completely but I decided to go with a trim first to see if I feel differently and I must say that I do.

It’s more than just hair, that’s why I held it up in the picture I posted - it’s so much history and memories locked away in those strands and when they were snipped I felt the weight lift off, literally and figuratively with a new energy flowing through me. This was a big change for me and I’m glad that I finally went through with it even though they will be missed 🥹

In the meantime I’ve been working on a TON of content for you guys and it’s about to get crazyy, so you’ll still see my hair around for a while😇
