Version 13 needs to have a black hole-red dwarf binary, the black hole forms from an O-type star, the O-type star's supernova remnant leaves behind materials that eventually become planets. The red dwarf will last for ages and will become a blue dwarf rather than a larger star, unless it's big enough (0.5+ Solar masses), it'll balloon to 300 Solar radii.
