I love Andrews' discovery of his powers the best. His is definitely more realistic. The intense hunger, uncontrollable strength, sensitive hearing, the sweating, And how he's easily startled. 10:15 I also love how Andrew just straight up anihilates his alarm clock.😂

I still find it funny how Tobey shot the web at the tray, walked away with jt, and then started doing backflips and throwing hard and fast punches, then a couple of days later Spider-Man shows up and nobody had a clue

Man Andrew's one is mixed with more fun and entertaining, realism and great acting. Always has been my favourite Spiderman from TASM itself.

I always found the early realization of his powers to be interesting; The intense hunger of Andrew's, the ability to sense even the tiniest flies in both of their scenes,not understanding their strengths. I wonder if that stuff was just the beginning or if he always had them since

For anyone wondering why Tobey's webbing is organic, its because the directors/ studio thought audiences at the time would not accept/ be taken out of the story if they showed Tobey developing his own web shooters. So they streamlined the process and made it easier to adapt to film, by giving him his natural web shooters. Also, it did make the story seem more natural to give him his organic web shooters, than to develope it on his own with no access to chemicals, no money, no high tech labs, and all the while hiding it from his roommates and family. Please remember there was no Amazon back then or easy way to ship/ get the products Peter would need to purchase the web. And even if he did Peter was basically destitute for the entire franchise. He could not afford to buy webbing.

Good thing about Andrew's Peter that he looked up, searched and studied whatever he could to find out why.. before he got some fun with it. That was more so geeky nerdy Peter (at least for me)

Andrew on the tube train is just hilarious, the awkwardness was just brilliant.

0:11 If i'm not mistaken, Tobey Maguire was made to retake this "Capture all food" scene multiple times because the director wanted him to do it without any effects. The face of awe and relief when he did it was genuine.
