As a chef, I don't watch cooking shows. But I'll watch the highlights of another chefs shift. Thanks for all the really tight shots, especially of the finished product. That helps a lot. Great looking plates.

I am always impressed with the with the organization, all the careful prep work, the fresh foods. Also, how the kitchen is set up with the minimal steps needed at the stove. I havn't had true yakisoba since the 1990's when I was stationed with the military in Japan. I still miss the taste of it, I would have it every week. I think I was addicted to it. If you are going to have an addiction, this is the one to have.
