The problem with cordless tools is the ecosystem… being so late to the party and having no compatibility with existing batteries means they’ll only appeal to customers starting out. And I’ll doubt they’ll match “City in Wisconsin” for durability and quality. Good luck to them, all the same.

I’d be excited if i was getting them for free as well
-
How? By adding a more junk battery tools to the pool?
-
Both bosch and makita have been doing variable speed grinders for years now.
-
Paid promotion.
-
Metabo had variable speed 240v grinders 20 years ago.
-
Great variety of tools can't wait to see how they perform keep up the content from tassie🛠️
-
Yeah I’ll wait til a channel reviews them without being sponsored by them, of course you’re going to say they’re great.
-
Lock on switch on the grinder means most mine sites won't allow them.
-
The Kinchrome power tools look good boys. You're both in the Supercheap Auto ads, next you will be hosting Top Gear Australia 😂
-
Variable speed corded angle grinder for the wire wheel thing really excites me.
-
I love the hand tools but sorry already got ryobi and makita cordless. Looking at them they look like a competitor for ryobi bit on the cheaper end looking
-
Prices are up there with the big boys, will be sticking with team red me thinks.

I love my 33pc Kincrome 1/2" drive socket set. Few years old now just as they were introducing their Lok-On socketry. Also their pnuematic 1/2 mini (not stubby) impact wrench thats 1.3kg & spins 11,500rpm. Try beating that with a battery impact 😅. Light, nimble and super fast. I have 7 tool truck pneumatic impacts and the little composite kinner is muh favourite for general auto use.

Aldi 5"grinder, $29 are variable speed.
-
Looks like Nathan is going to test out the limit of the heat guns quick release 😆
-
Is there a video of you using the tools?
-
5 year warranty is nothing new, The other blue brand has had that for a while, dunno about the others. The included battery mount is a winner for me. do the chargers have a keyhole mount on the back for wall mounting ?.

Members give aways just got a whole lot more interesting!

LOOKING FORWARD to seeing how they compare/last. Is there any idea how long the battery platform will be available for before being changed and obsolete?(will they offer an adapter if so?) I've got 10yr old Makita you can still get batteries for, my older Dewalt stuff had a Dewalt brand adapter to the slide battery for eg. (most of the cheap aldi, bunnings, SCA junk goes in the bin when the battery is no longer available)
