i am sooooo grateful to be alive! thank you for tuning in to my rambles about the things i care about and this new home that i have been living in for the summer. what a beautiful and vibrant and magical summer it has been here. who knows where the ball will roll next!
oh also side note. the mushroom man in the thumbnail is actually a section cut of one of the aluminum frame pieces to the greenhouse. made me so excited to see it.
another side note. i wanted to clarify my rant about the restrictions of suburbia. of course, it is privileged to even have the option to live in suburbia with an abundance of food. i am of course so grateful to be able to have a safe home to return to whenever i please! and of course, living sustainably in the suburbs is not impossible! it is definitely possible. i just find it takes a lot more willpower to integrate certain cyclical practices when the local economy is mostly huge chain corporations and the infrastructure is designed for car-centered transportation and everything is paved with concrete and there are no community gardens (at least where i live).
another side note! i am living on the northern california coast where the temperature is just perfect in the summer. lows of 50s and highs of 60s (farenheit). i am so so grateful i landed here. this is another reason why it is possible to live in the greenhouse!

Babbling brooks make the sweetest water music ..when you are worthy of a skunk’s trust it is evidence of true gentleness . Thank you for sharing your morning with us❤..

I adore the way you speak. Not rushed just saying what’s important to you ❤❤❤😊

Sun, water and some attention. I am plant.

Beautiful share. To show us how little we need to be comfortable and happy!❤

I’ve been thinking about using a greenhouse as my winter shower room. I love that you “share a home” with earwigs bc I would be afraid of them going into my ear.

This reinspired me to get back to that way of life. I miss community so much. I feel so isolated since 2020.

Boot leg boudeau is to reuse a dish soap bottle to cleanse after using the bathroom.

A greenhouse sounds like a nice place to live especially if the climate permits it in the hotter months
