I don’t even play football but those are great baskets

I personally feel the hook and lateral by Boise State against Oklahoma in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl, to tie it up with no time left, was really impressive. Followed by the Statue of Liberty play in overtime... great trick plays. Really memorable game to watch.

As a Colts fan, I can verify that onside-kick by the Saints changed the entire flow of that game. It was never going to be one-sided, but the Colts were in the driver's seat at halftime. When the Saints recovered that kick, we never recovered.
  • What’s crazy is when the Steelers did the fake spike, the cowboys somehow managed to get All the way down the field and won. Definitively one of the best regular season games of all time.

2:38 The things that needed to go right for this play to happen are insane. I just realized the guy who ends up catching the ball had to run all the way down the field to catch the ball, then run all the way up to score. Insane stamina

Honestly wondering why the Bosie State Broncos aren't on this. They used so many trick plays to such a deadly degree to win some big games. For example vs Oklahoma the hook and ladder as well as one of the most beautiful statue of liberty plays of all time.

Moss pitching it behind him as he was tackled was my favourite, I remember watching that live and jumping off the couch

That Jets play at the end is legendary. One of the most unexpected plays in NFL history.

Morstead (former Saints kicker who nailed the onside kick to open the 2nd half of the super bowl against the colts) played college ball at SMU, my alma mater. Used to see him on the practice field kicking balls into trash cans from the opposite endzone

I liked the one where they did the thing and then scored. Great moment.

Coach Jeff Fisher of the Rams was very inventive with trick plays (such as 2:33 ) and stung my Seahawks a few times: In one game Rams had two successful fake punts, the second of which was from their own end zone!
  • Thanks! Those were really fun! My favorites, though, would be the playing like the punt was to the left, and the real guy receiving it is all the way on the other side of the field. I still can't believe that worked! :). Just beautiful. And the other favorite was the "camouflaged" receiver in the end zone, lying down the turf which was of course same color as his uni. Another beautiful idea. Just wicked!

lmao 8:32 That lady's like "I don't know what happened, but everyone's cheering so I'm gonna cheer too!"

i like the 2nd to last one where they use the personnel change to hide the receiver on the sideline. 10 people came onto the field and 10 left, but 11 went toward the sideline, pretty smart I wonder if you could even pull that off in the NFL without them noticing

    clicked for the thumbnail....never again.
