*edit1: Daym, HYV put some of this cutscene in Luocha companion Quest 💀 So far there's no actual cutscenes about the Character in Companion Quest, for example Silver Wolf ending (classic Honkai static CG) Probably it will be the same for Luocha (static CG only at the end of his quest)

This cutscene was taken from HI3, in HSR you will see this cutscenes in luocha's companion quest however just a few frames when welt having a flashback after looking at luocha's face. Welt having a flashback about VA in HSR proves that our welt in HSR universe originally from HI3's universe (for those who doesn't believe that HSR welt is the same welt from HI3) Also Since it's we just only see few frames in HSR, this video shows what the actual cutscenes look like.

For HSR player. That isn't Luoca, that isn't even Otto Hi3 That is The 1st Divine Keys "Void Archives" He was using one of Otto Spare Soulium Bodies(he is also a little bit corrupted by Otto. That's why he sounds and acts like Otto)

MAN it's so weird to hear Luocha acting so evil when he was such a model citizen in HSR. Well, except when he monologued menacingly in front of that tree. But otherwise, model citizen!

I have already seen this in APHO but it's shockingly makes sense that the Welt we know IS from APHO.

This from APHO will be part of Luocha/Alt Otto's story quest and most likely Welt's flashback/POTD. It could also be dubbed in english. Curious for an HI3 english dub.
