❗❗❗DANGER High Voltage❗❗❗
⚠️Warning, don't do this if you don't know anything about electronics❗
💥In this video I will reduce the voltage of a 42V electric scooter charger to 28.8V so that I can charge the 20S Ni-MH batteries of another scooter that does not have a charger

  • A slightly more elegant solution would be to just replace with appropriate valued SMD resistor(s) 👍

Could be even more useful with a small potentiometer

the decrease voltage to increase current. the double of amps!

    Are you indulging in self-indulgence?😅😂😂😅😅
  • Poor 42v battery charger, they are always useful and easily sold. I would suggest to do this with another charger instead if you can. Also there are other ways to test where the voltage is dropped which is safer and wasted opportunity to teach.
