Once again, sorry it's been so long since my last video. I have been working on several videos simultaneously though so it shouldn't be as long until my next one! As mentioned at the end of the video, I started a Patreon and a Discord server this year if anyone is interested! • France: No more monarchs! Also France: is the co-prince of Andorra and has two monarchs in the collectivity of Wallis & Futuna
  • @BrotherAlpha
I did a report on Andorra in Elementary school and most of my classmates thought I made it up.

A next election ad in France should probably use something like this: "Go to vote because you will decide our neighbour's prince"
  • @EuanBCFC
It’s also the only country never to make it through a Eurovision semi-final...
  • The reason why Andorra exists is to provide the world with a cheap place to ski But jokes aside the history behind the place is quite interesting. With roads, trains, and an airport in neighboring Spain now connecting once isolated Andorra to other countries, a focus on tourism, the legalization of political parties, and the Paréage of Andorra gone, Andorra has progressed into the modern era for the better. A truly fascinating place, a country landlocked between two countries, a co-principality, and one of the oldest and richest countries in the world

Imagine the arkwardness when the PM of Andorra meet the president of France in some European summit. *Is he my prince and should I treat him as my superior? Is he a foreign leader and I should treat him as my equal? *
  • @supraphonic88
Heard "two princes" and immediately had a piccolo snare drum fill leading into a '90s alternative rock song pop into my head.
  • @CharDhue
France: promote and export republic Also france: still a prince

That Means That He's A President And A...A Royal Prince? That's Amazing But Odd At The Same Time...
  • @jackyex
So France always elects a monarch.
