wouldnt it have made sense for the game to switch out your pokemon for the team in each region instead of stomping through them with almost max lvl kanto mons?

In Kanto, Ash had to get Blastoise In Johto, Ash had to get a Scizor In Hoenn, Ash had to get the Waifu😅😅 In Sinnoh, Ash had to get a Garchomp

You basically just showed how you can use charizard to smash through the whole franchise of Pokémon

What Pokémon should Ash have caught? I feel like a Magikarp would have been the perfect thematic Pokemon for him to catch as his second Pokemon, back when Pikachu was still a jerk. Like when they feel into that river in episode 1 the fish boi could have been inspired by how Ash was trying to protect his Pokemon and helped them get back onto shore. Catching himself without Ash realizing until later. Ash’s “Never-Give-Up” attitude in the face of adversity and belief in the potential of all Pokemon would continue to inspire Magikarp to keep trying to help (despite being pretty useless), until eventually evolving halfway or so into Kanto. Gyarados could have been used to help bring Charzard back under control, showing how worthy of a trainer as was. I feel that this change to the OG story would have organically allowed Ash to pull out the win in the tournament at the end of Kanto.

At 8:24, if you were to talk to a person standing at the southeast corner of the city, they will actually be mew, and can join your team. Only after beating the indigo league though. Also, the Mewtwo you fight in Viridian Gym is catchable, especially with the Master Ball you get earlier in Kanto.

Fun Fact: Dragon type was never broken as he mentioned at 14:44 infact they only had 1 dragon move then in gen 1 (he stated it in gen 2) it was Dragon Rage.

They should make a hack like this for Iris, Cynthia, and Gladion. Their stories interest me the most out of both game and anime characters

This game sounds amazing. But I would have change my teams, so I can use the right ones in the region

when i did my fire ash run, i think i kept the lvl 70 pikachu and always changed teams for each region, it was fun to use the legendaries and new pokemon each region, but overall amazing run only issue for me is the constant use of the op kanto mons that are almost max lvl

Still remember this game been limited to orange Islands, I have Really grown along the internet. Best fan game in my opinion

Wouldnt it make more sense using the same pokemon ash did in his fights, because at somepoint your lvl 68 charizard might be too strong for an lvl 16 hariyama...

hmmmm he should of caught basically every legendary pokemon but ash being ash made us rage on the inside
