Peeta always reminded me of my brother. He got brain inflammation a few years ago and it pressed on a part of his brain that caused him to have irrational fears and OCD. I happened to be one of those triggers. Because of this fear i haven't been able to see him in years. The worst part is that we used to be best friends. Inseparable. So in a way I know how Katniss felt it's a lot worse than can ever be imagined. If you read this please pray for my little brother🙏 I'm not giving up on him yet. So a little update on Ty. He started this cancer treatment in DC called Rituxan. He doesn't have cancer but apparently this treatment is one of the only cures for kids with the brain inflammation he has. It stops the b cell production which is attacking the brain. Anyway. He has gotten two treatments done, he will need nine or more total. He's in alot of pain. His muscles and bones are aching and he has really bad depression. If you guys could continue praying for him that would mean the world. All the prayers help. Thank you guys, truly💙

In fact, Peeta was the one who saved Katniss's life (just as she saved his life). In the book, he saved her life many times, but he also saved her from loneliness and showed that despite everything that happened to them, both of them can still live normally and be happy. Prim, the younger sister Katniss wanted to protect at all costs, eventually died anyway. Her mother hardly supported her at all. After Prim died, she simply moved to another district, escaped from her problems, and yet she and Katniss could help each other re-arrange their lives after this tragedy. After Prim's death, Katniss really had no one but Peeta, who also lost his entire family when District Twelve was bombed. The Games brought them closer to each other, although at first they both only feigned love to touch the emotions of their potential sponsors. In the end, they both began to sincerely care for each other, they became not only allies, but also friends, which soon turned into love. Their story is so touching, both in the arena and during this real war going on in Mockingjay, they experienced a lot of cruel things, which only deepened their relationship. They both understood each other perfectly and learned to understand each other's feelings. To sum up: this is probably the most beautiful love relationship I have encountered while reading the book. Despite the fact that the plot of the entire series is often brutal, filled with bloody elements aimed at older readers, it also does not lack inner beauty, emotions, and tearing scenes - even in the smallest, seemingly insignificant moments I can always see something beautifull. I will come back to these books. The Hunger Games is a wonderful trilogy and it will certainly always have a special place in my heart. ❤️ P.S Am I the only one who secretly wanted Peeta and Katniss to have the third child, a daughter named Primose, named in honor of Katniss's sister? Please tell me i'm not the only one who wanted that to happen!

You see Gale never really stood a chance. Here is why. First, he was not always there for Katniss like Peeta was. He got mad at her for just trying to stay alive. And the kiss on the beach in caching fire we're she realized she loves Peeta after that She was just trying not to hurt gales feeling because she likes being friends with him. And any ”love” she felt did not really love she just did not want to lose him as a friend. Gale was just jealous of Peeta and was really bad at hiding it. Also, Peeta only has Katnis's interests in mind, unlike gale. If she would have told Peeta she wanted to marry gale he would hide his jealousy and let he go because he cares about her. So as you can tell I'm a huge Peeta and Katniss ship

I found my Peeta and spent with him the best 4 years of my life. I met him before reading the books (I was late in that, I know ...), but it's quite surreal how much he resembles Peeta ... it's almost like Suzanne Collins was thinking about him when she wrote the character. Then, earlier this year, he was "hijacked" by his narcissistic mother, and now we're struggling so hard to keep all the pieces together. I love him so much, but everything is so difficult and I feel as lost as Katniss did
