The only way Dagobah Luke would be a problem is if you played the level without having ANY dark side characters unlocked, since otherwise the game would give you one as well. This would be

I'll never forget the first time I got softlocked in Dagobah. Yes, that's right. First time. It happened to me twice.

The next video should be Intentionally Beatable Levels in Gaming

Fallout New Vegas also has a softlock. Yes Man is supposed to be the failsafe option similar to the Minutemen. He will never turn hostile and he will always respawn if he's killed. However, it's glitched where if you kill him with a laser or plasma weapon, he will disintegrate into an ash pile and will never respawn, meaning if you pissed off all other factions you cannot complete the game.
  • God i literally made up a song to sing during the loading screen to my ps2 so that SpongeBob wouldnt freeze as a kid😂

That glitch in Revenge of the Flying Dutchman wasn’t what killed Big Sky Interactive. It was THQ that did it. Big Sky had just recently become independent of a parent company that ran the developers ragged, and because of this, refused when THQ offered to purchase the studio. In the most epic “fuck you” ever, THQ basically blacklisted Big Sky in retaliation for not selling, and the studio closed because they could no longer find work to pay their employees. It’s actually a really sad story.

I'm surprised that the pc port of manhunt isn't in this video, the game softlocks you out in the first level because when u get to a certain point, the game crashes. The game crashes because Rockstar put anti piracy measures thats supposed to prevent pirates from progressing. Problem is, is that now pirates play the game with no issue and people who bought the game are considered pirates.

In Bendy and the Ink Machine, if you save your game directly after reaching Alice's floor for the first time but then quit the game before meeting her, when you load your save Boris won't run to the door and open it meaning you have to restart all the way from chapter 1. Happened to me on my first playthrough

4:25 I actually got stuck on this as a kid, as I was banned from playing Yoda because I found his death noise so funny I would repeatedly jump off the map to hear it again. Especially when playing with my sibling. I had to make them do it for me because the ban could not be lifted even for a moment. Worth it tbh, it was funny as fuck

There's a game called Asterix and the Great Rescue that is unbeatable without cheating, period. One level requires a transformation pickup to continue, but to access that pickup, you need the transformation from that very same pickup. It doesn't appear in the game before that point. There's no bug or glitch involved, just complete level design failure.

In the original Lego Star Wars (or at least the Xbox version AFAIK), dying during the Pod Race level has a chance of soft-locking the game because it will continuously loop the death cutscene over and over. I don’t know if anyone else has ever mentioned this bug online, but I’ve only ever tested the Xbox version of Lego Star Wars 1, and on two different copies, this bug happened both times to me.
  • One other Lego glitch. The wii version of Lego batman had 2 major bugs. 1: if you left voices on it would cause your wii to freeze 2. The one million stud level if you used superman to destroy things you wouldn't get enough to make a million due to the fact that superman destroyed things faster

What's crazy is that as long as you've never met the minutemen(avoided saving them in concord) you can do all of the nuka world quests you want and even raid settlements and still get the minuitemen ending. Preston will give you the quest open season meaning Bethesda thought about giving you the option to still side with them. What's weird is that the easy fix would just be allowing Preston to give you that quest even if you already joined the minutemen. You don't even have to raid a settlement for him to not like you anymore which is stupid because they kind of forced you to become the overboss or die.
  • @VGamingJunkie
Never getting closure and just being locked into a life of raiding honestly sounds like a real Raider path, they're too drugged off their minds to ever think of doing anything else.
  • @hudsonk1racer
The main reason the Dagobah luke bug wasn't patched in the complete saga, is because there are enough darkside wielders unlockable from the prequels to render the issue null.
  • @alephnole7009
One game you missed was Sphinx and the cursed mummy that has a game breaking bug around the 80% mark of the game, if you save at a specific save station a mandatory door will become permanently closed preventing any further progress.
  • @surtech5
The way you say Dagobah... May God spare you the curse of empathy
  • @Dovah_Slayer
On the lego star wars one it's literally impossible to softlock dagobah IF you have any dark side characters unlocked (which if you are doing freeplay chances are you have at least one) as like you mentioned the game will give you one of each class in order to complete the tasks (this includes a Sith) meaning most players will never run into this issue and likely didn't even know the game could be softlocked
  • @nickelakon5369
New vegas also has a game breaking bug. Yes man is supposed to be your faction for if you go against all the other ones. But if you kill him with a critical with a plasma or laser weapon, he'll be reduced to ash/goo and will no longer come back to life. This makes a yesman route uncompletable for the run, which can make the game uncompletable if you also make ncr, legion, or house hostile.
