Creating a Magical Spinning Wheel and Fairy Portals

Published 2023-06-09
In this video I will show you how to make a magical spinning wheel.
First find a piece of bark or wood you like and the size you like. I prefer a piece that I don’t have to remove a lot from so it looks more natural all the way around the piece.

Next cut four twigs equal lengths and glue to the bottom of the wood making sure it is level (aka a table).

Using Sculpey, or other clay, make a ball; add spokes (twigs) of equal lengths to the clay.

Add two sides to the center ball of clay longer than the spokes.

Glue a post in the front of the spinning wheel and wrap wool around the post.

Add small pieces of moss debris to center and cover with glue.

Add twine around the spokes, and cover with glue.

Make a small stool for the fairies to sit on while spinning.

My favorite glue is Beacon –Power Tac for an instant connection. I use a mixture of TiteBond glue and water on all my bark.

I am known to make a wee fairy friend a fairy special fairy portal to add to their community fairy garden on occasion . But I always make from my heart and I give from my heart.

Magic, excitement, wonders, imagination, music, action, fantasy, thrills, and adventures. Creating magical fairy portal and a magical spinning wheel is neat. Grandma Sandy, you're talented and unique, for you love for fairies like I do. I never give up believing in fairies and magic with all my heart because I still refuse to grow up, and forget about the precious things I knew, especially those from my childhood. I am like Peter Pan and have his youthful spirit. Never ever grow up, yuck! My one and only wish is to keep the magic alive for all time. And I also wish to be a fairy to stay strong, childlike, young, and beautiful forever and ever like Tinker Bell, and the other fair folks. The world needs magic and it cannot die 🧚🧚‍♂🧚‍♀
