(ii) Semiconductor diode: I-V characteristics in forward and reverse bias, diode as a rectifier, Special types of junction (delete only p-n junction diodes) diodes: LED, photodiode, solar cell and Zener diode and its characteristics, zener diode as a voltage regulator.
