The mavs have potential to be A tier, you didn’t cover all of their offseason acquisitions. Seth curry, grant Williams, Dlive (new rookie center), Omax (new rookie 3/d wing), djj from the bulls, exum from Australia ( defensive specialist), and Holmes from the kings to help the center rotation. All this plus an improved josh green and Jaden Hardy and the team could be lookin much better this season. Hopefully Kleber can stay healthy and the rookies actually become rotation players, otherwise the team could fall to a C tier fast.

You have the Suns starting line up as B tier? They have Booker, KD, Beal, and Ayton in their starting line-up. Name another team with starting line-up that's even close with talent they have on there. They are the most top heavy team in the league. Nuggets are the only other team with a core 4, that I feel can compete with that line-up.
