400g. Ground beef
300g. hotdogs
2 medium size Onion
1 whole Garlic
3 tbsp. butter I use BOB by Bakersfield
1 tsp. Black pepper
200g. Tomato sauce
1 and 1/2 fish sauce
3 tbsp. Oyster sauce
900g. Spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar ( Optional )
1 tps. dried basil ( Optional )
White Suace Milky and Cheesey
1Litet Evaporated milk
200g. Grated Cheese
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Butter
900g. Pasta Spaghetti
1.5liter water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Oil
