I quit my old habits. I quit my meds, job, coffee, junk food, got rid of relationships, toxic people, tv, social media, drama and bs. Decided to become a loner. Changed my diet to whole food plant based, quit animal products, started doing meditation, yoga and exercises daily. Have been spending more time alone in nature, and changed my mindset. I'm also going to bed early and have been waking up around 5, 6 am everyday. I feel much happier and healthier. Best decision ever...

I lost my job during this pandemic and I decided to start a motivational channel to keep others strong. Wish me well 🙏

This guy is so right i started praying before sleep and when i wake up also meditation two times a day while reading i now work out and jog everyday quit smoking drinking and now trying to quit coffee

I am just posting this to get it off my chest, as I am kinda stressed out. I have decided to quit my job and go out and do what I said I was going to do. I have a wife and two children. I am currently the the higher earner in the household, but my current employment has started to affect my personal life. So I ran my ideas past my wife and she couldn't agree more, that it is time to take a risk and seek fulfillment, as it will be something I will regret for the rest of my life. Basically I am a line manager, and I am now going to quit and become an electrical specialist. Busy planning everything to a T and then step into the unknown. Wish me luck.

My wife passed away last year. She was 48. I have 3 children. Thanks to a random meeting with an older client who introduced me to a different way of thinking I managed to get my children through some difficult times and myself as well. Not only got them through but they are flourishing and doing amazing things. Much of what we talked about was similar to what Dr Joe talks about and I believe it is such an important message and a shame it's not taught to everyone from early years. These videos by him reinforce the message and if I find myself wavering they help put me back on the happiness road. My affirmations are so powerful that they make me laugh and cry happy tears and the best thing is they are coming true. X
