I listen to this mix all the time…I’m a nursing student in an accelerated program struggling with a heavy workload, chronic back pain from an old injury, and the emotional adjustment of a preceptorship in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. I have 40+minute commutes 3-5 days a week and I will often listen to this mix while driving, it helps me to realign and keep going. Many thanks ❤
