Justice Department says Boeing violated deal that avoided prosecution after 737 Max crashes

It is now up to the Justice Department to decide whether to file charges against the aircraft maker amid increasing scrutiny over the safety of its planes.

    Well, Obama was the guy that did the deal with them...pulling them out of the west coast and sending them to Chicago, then destroying what was the best airline on the planet, Continental in Houston.

    BOEING needs to adopt a more expensive Quality Assurance Program much as the US Nuclear Industry has regarding public safety. 10CFR50 - Quality Assurance Requirements For Nuclear Facilities - precludes the factoring of "cost & schedule" in making technical decisions which may have an effect on the health & safety of the public. Boeing is a company which has made its reputation beating cost & schedule for a continued success which they had to basically "bet the assets of the Company" in order to stay in business at least three times in the last one-hundred years. A cultural change is needed.
