Jeff Beck has always been God to me. I have played lead guitar in bands for 40 yrs and picked up some of the things he used to do. However, he is a magician that no one can emulate. So original and iconic. He rips that guitar from pure beauty to violent sounds that no one can seem to achieve. The day I heard of his untimely departure shattered me to the core.
  • I'm 63 and been a fan since I was a teen. I still want to be able to play like him when I grow up.

I must've watched this at least 20 times by now, it never ceases to amaze me what kind of player Jeff is Every time he picks up a guitar he pulls the emotion out of me, making me a better player and broadening my horizons as a musician. I know he's been gone a couple of months now but his music will live on forever. RIP Jeff Beck, the "master of the stratocaster."
  • This was a fabulously laid back interview❤ He was so humble and nice guy. I watched an interview with Eric Clapton. He was still recovering from COVID and went to see Jeff in the hospital. He had no idea how sick he was until he walked in and saw all the tubes. When he left he got very emotiona,l When he died he went thru depression. He said Jeff Beck WAS the greatest guitarist in history. The day of his funeral he told Jeffs wife that some of the quitar legends just got together and was going to do a tribute to Jeff at Albert Hall in London. She told him that would be absolutely wonderful. R.I.P Jeff Beck. We were so blessed to have both you and your talent.❤❤
  • I just love Jeff Beck🥰 I’m so sad he is gone to soon💔

  • Where Were You, the music he played at 17:41, is incredibly touching. It sounds like eternity and makes me miss the people I've lost but, there's hope in there too.

There is no comparison of Jeff Beck to any other guitarist or musician. He was his own genre! RIP Maestro!

As George Harrison once Said: “He is the music. You can see when he enters the room. He doesn’t need a guitar.” But when he took one on it was just beyond. Saw him twice in concert. The only great guitar that never got boring. Lovely man to listen to and to watch. The pinnacle of what one can achieve on guitar.

I'm not a musician, but I've been mesmerized by the uniqueness of Jeff Beck's talent. This explains it all to me. What an incredible, deep-dive interview into the series of events that went into the creation of such a rare talent. Gone way too soon. RIP, Jeff Beck. You are sorely missed... <3

So unbelievably modest - what a star. Probably the greatest of them all. Bless you Jeff.

I don't need to listen to Jeff Beck "talk" about music, I just need to listen to him play music. HE IS MUSIC
  • @wimwilms1424
I broke out in tears, listening his music today. What a great guy he was! He was a singer and the guitar was his voice.
